Project Summary:

The John Robert Bates Memorial Park Phase III Project consists of landscaping and community garden improvements, including construction of a connecting walkway, refurbishment and integration of three existing NASA Domes as shade structures inside the community garden, installation of an ADA-accessible planter, and installation of a complete irrigation system with required gopher protection.

This is one (1) project; however, it must be bid as Project A and Project B to separate funding sources. Each funding source has distinct administrative and payment requirements.

Bidders may submit a proposal for the entire project (Projects A and B combined), for Project A only, for Project B only, and/or for the identified additive bid items.
