Request to Address the Board of Directors (Speaker's Card)

Please fill our and submit Speaker Card form  to Secretary of the Board Miriam Rosales. The Board Secretary will advise the President. (Presiding Officer) when requests to speak are in hand. If filling the card out in advance:

  1. Via email to: info@seeleywaterdistrict.ca.gov
  2. Via mail:   P.O. Box 161   Seeley, CA 92273
  3. In person: 1898  Main St,  Seeley, CA 92273  /   Attention: Miriam Rosales
  4.  Fill the online form and submit:  Online Speaker Card

 The speaker's Card mus be submitted at least one hour before the meeting   is scheduled to begin.

 To maximize time for speaker of varying topics, time limits have been set for speakers wishing to address the Board of Directors, and each speaker may only speak once to each agenda item. Under normal circunstances, those time  limits are listed below. Speakers may not yield their time to others. 

  • General Public Comments - 3 minutes
  • Public Hearing Comments - 5 minutes

NOTE: In special circumstances, the President may establish longer and / or shorter time limits
