SCWD cares about you, your family and neighbors. Due to the economic impact of the outbreak we will temporarily suspend routine late fees until May 1st, 2020*. Please call our office should you have any additional questions.

The Seeley County Water District wants to assure our customers that our water is safe. 
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) the COVID-19 virus is not found in drinking water.  The water treatment method used by the SCWD removes the virus. 
​In abundance of caution and in an effort to safeguard the health of our employees and the good citizens of Seeley, SCWD will not accept payments in person at our office starting
​March 23, 2020.
Exception to the rule are New Customer Accounts 
The SCWD Board of Directors has determined that the District WILL NOT CHARGE ANY LATE FEES and will SUSPEND SHUTOFFS until further notice.  You can still call our office at 760-352-6612 option 1, with any questions or concerns, and our On-Call Operator will be available for any after hour emergencies at 760-332-9059.
We have several alternatives for receiving your payments: 
-BILL & PAY ONLINE 
It is quick and easy to pay using your phone or other electronic device.  Simply go to https://seeleywater.specialdistrict.org/pay-your-bill and click on the BILL & PAY pop up that will appear in the middle of the page.  This will take you to a screen to register your  account online. The First Name, Last Name, Account # has to match exactly what is on your utility bill card. You will need the Municipality Code: SeeleyCA273 as well as your debit/credit card information. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 760-425-0000 or 760-425-0005 and we can guide you in making your payment over the phone.
​-PAY WITH CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER IN OUR MAILBOX LOCATED OUTSIDE AT THE GATE
Use the envelope provided by SCWD and pay with CASH, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER and drop off in our secure payment box, which is located at the high end of the ADA ramp, next to front gate. NO CHANGE AVAILABLE so round DOWN.  Pay the lower amount.  You won’t be charged a late fee on remaining balance. ​You MUST fill out the information on the outside of the envelope to ensure your payment is processed correctly. You must include your First Name, Last Name, Account # and e-mail and or cellphone to confirm remittance of payment to your account.

You can call our office during business hours (8am to 4:00pm) to request that payment be made over the phone.  This is a new practice and we may experience a high call volume so please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.  We encourage you to pay your bill online as it is quick and easy to sign up with easy instructions.
